Messed up a pretty simple 2.000$ Samsung order, After I asked him If the success rate was 100% and he said yes, he then delegated the order to one of his workers and fucked up the order beyond repair, making me wait 3 entire weeks for a (1-5 days refund). After royally fucking everything up he said he was sorry and offered a 5% discount on the next refund which I found hilarious. DO NOT USE HIM AS YOUR REFUNDER. Save yourself the hassle and find a real professional refunder who takes care of the orders himself or at least monitors his workers properly.
