[Solved] Langs in SB and lounge for differents langs

Okay so first
On c-io we never could have different langs shoutbox, that's sad because a 20% of people was speaking other langs

And lounge for different langs would be great and would attract more people to join voided, and to talk about more specific stuff in people country
